Suzanne McKeever
Born with severe and profound hearing loss in both ears, I have recently understood the dichotomy about all that I have done. Out of necessity, I have intentionally organized and created my life and experience around sound ~ blessed with personal energy, vivid imagination, eidetic memory and using my body and senses in order to hear.
Playing and performing music has always been my primary healing tool. A classically trained musician from early childhood, I have pursued a lifelong passion for music as a performer ~ playing a wide variety of instruments in addition to piano and Celtic Harp. I am a HealthRHYTHMS® Drum Circle Facilitator and a Certified Therapeutic Coach®. As a semi-retired Registered Nurse, I offer consulting services for families and individuals. I provide creative leadership, therapeutic services for individuals and groups, customized workshops and presentations that focus on the astonishing power of sound, the primary nutrient for "wholeness" as it relates to harmony, balance and its ability to transform our lives from within. I reside in Minnesota, living with a dual hearing and mobility assist dog named Enzo and I am blessed with a wonderful grown son, Brendon.
